Alfredo Franco

Alfredo Franco is an experienced IT Performance Management Analyst II at Banistmo since November 2021, specializing in dashboard development with Power BI to enhance decision-making within the IT Department and managing staff capacities for IT projects. Previously, Alfredo served as a Jr. Investment Analyst at Atlantic Security Bank from January 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing sale/purchase agreements, analyzing corporate events, and monitoring financial settlements. Alfredo also gained experience as an Investment Intern, focusing on structured products and reporting to finance and accounting departments. Early in Alfredo's career, a technical standards internship at Copa Airlines provided foundational experience. Alfredo holds a Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and a Bachiller en Ciencias y Letras from Instituto Episcopal San Cristóbal.
