Dr. Mirza Baig

Dr. Mirza Baig, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), brings extensive expertise in talent management and organizational development across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Management Advisor for Talent Management at Bank Albilad since November 2022, Dr. Baig previously held senior positions at Arab National Bank, where achievements included the development of over 50 high-potential leaders and the successful implementation of leadership development programs. With prior experience at TASNEE, Avenant HR Solutions, Saudi Binladin Group, and several other organizations, Dr. Baig has a proven track record in designing performance management frameworks, succession planning, digital transformation initiatives, and promoting gender diversity in leadership. Academically, Dr. Baig holds an MBA from the University of Madras and a PhD in Human Resources Management from Dunster Business School in Switzerland, along with professional coaching credentials.
