Fahad Alowais

Fahad Alowais is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Head of HR Transformation at Bank Albilad since April 2018. In this role, Fahad manages the Organization Development & Design function, manpower planning, HR systems automation, and employee engagement while addressing audit observations. Previously, Fahad held senior managerial roles in talent acquisition and learning and development, enhancing recruitment processes and training programs. Prior experience includes positions at Saudi Telecom Company and SAB, focusing on talent management and functional training activities. Fahad possesses a Master's degree in Business Administration from Al Yamamah University and additional qualifications in International Management and Leadership from Washington State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King AbdulAziz University.
