Othman al Dakhil

Othman Al Dakhil is an experienced professional in the field of information security and cyber security, currently serving as the Assistant Information Security Compliance Manager at Bank Albilad since August 2023, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining information security policies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Previously, Othman held the position of Cyber Security Officer at Musharaka Capital Company, focusing on implementing a cybersecurity risk management program, and contributed as a Cyber Security Specialist at Asyad International Company Limited and Saudi Press Agency, working on policy establishment and cybersecurity awareness. Early career experience includes collaboration with the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Malaysia and leadership as the President of Saudi students at Universiti Tenaga Nasional, where Othman supported students through collaboration with governmental ministries. Othman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security from Universiti Tenaga Nasional and a Diploma in Information Technology from Dammam College of Technology.
