Yasser Aldakhil

Yasser Aldakhil has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Yasser started their career as an HR officer at alriyadh municipality in 2009 before moving on to NADEC in 2010, where they served as an HR specialist responsible for managing and implementing performance management systems and preparing for the launch of the organizational development section. In 2011, Yasser joined Al Rajhi Bank as a Senior Recruitment Officer and then transitioned to the role of Senior Organization Development Officer, where they handled employee transactions, change management, onboarding, and HR communication. Since 2013, Yasser has been associated with Bank Albilad, initially serving as an OD & Manpower Planning Manager, leading special projects related to organization restructuring and workforce optimization. Currently, they hold the position of Head, Learning and Talent Development Department, where they align training with business strategy and ensures efficient training that supports employees' career growth. Yasser's expertise lies in talent acquisition, learning and development, and organizational development.

Yasser Aldakhil earned their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Johnson & Wales University, where they attended from 2007 to 2009.
