Fahad Mujaddad

Fahad Mujaddad is currently serving as Vice President & Senior Manager of People Analytics & Organizational Design at Bank Alfalah Limited since January 2014, with prior roles in the bank including Senior Manager and Manager of HR Analytics & Organizational Management. Responsibilities include overseeing headcount and personnel costs, validating hiring practices, and managing staff delinquent loans. Fahad's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Associate Specialist at MCB Bank Limited, where training in various banking operations was completed, and duties included managing provident and pension fund processes. Additionally, Fahad has interned at Pak Elektron Limited in the Financial Department and worked for the British Council as an invigilator. Fahad holds a Master's degree in Commerce and has pursued banking qualifications from the Institute of Bankers Pakistan.
