Mohsin Zafar

Mohsin Zafar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Unit Head of the Human Capital Group at Bank Alfalah Limited since July 2018, Mohsin Zafar leads initiatives in talent acquisition, management, employee engagement, and learning and development. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan Limited, where responsibilities involved strategic workforce planning and oversight of competency-based learning projects, as well as roles in various capacities at Bank Alfalah Limited, including Manager of Learning & Development. Mohsin Zafar also holds teaching experience as a visiting faculty member at Army Public College of Management & Sciences and has a diverse educational background with MS, MBA, and BBA degrees from Iqra University and National University of Modern Languages.
