Josua Sloane

Josua Sloane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and venture development. Currently serving as SVP MSME at Amar Bank since January 2023, Sloane previously held key roles including Venture Development at Tolaram Group and Executive Director at frenn, where efforts focused on building a digital bank in Nigeria. A background in consulting includes positions at Deloitte Consulting, where Sloane managed a bank-wide Cloud CRM implementation, and MPM Group as Head of Telematics, driving digital transformation initiatives. Earlier experience encompasses various roles in marketing, business development, and policy governance, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
