Natasha Erika Gowandi currently serves as the Creative Business Circle Lead at Amar Bank, where responsibilities include spearheading major campaigns that have resulted in a 25% growth in total awareness from 2023 to 2024, while overseeing the entire campaign process from strategy to execution. Previously, Natasha held the position of Content Coordinator at Amar Bank, contributing to the institution's digital transformation through its lending platform Tunaiku. Prior experience includes roles as Digital Content Specialist at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA and Journalist at Kawanku, a popular teen magazine in Indonesia, along with being a Contributor Writer for Rolling Stone Indonesia.
