Farid Lahoud

Farid Lahoud has extensive experience in compliance, corporate governance, and financial services. Since 1991, Farid has served as Group Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Bank Audi, where responsibilities include proposing compliance policies and ensuring effective internal control frameworks. Farid's board membership spans several notable organizations, including BAPB Holding Ltd, Audi Investment Bank s.a.l., and Odeabank A.S. Additionally, Farid held significant roles within international organizations, such as serving as Chairman of the Independent Expert Oversight Advisory Committee for the World Health Organization and as a member of the Independent Oversight Advisory Committee for UNESCO. An accomplished academic, Farid holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on corporate governance and multiple degrees in engineering and business from reputable institutions, including Harvard University and the American University of Beirut.
