Helen Gluer

Helen joined our board as an independent non-executive director in February 2018.

Helen has over 15 years’ experience as a company director, within organisations including Gladstone Ports Corporation (Chair, Central Queensland Ports Authority), City Super, Queensland Resources Council and Translink Transit Authority (Chair of Audit Committee).

Previously, she worked in senior executive and non-executive roles with the Brisbane City Council, Tarong Energy Corporation, Stanwell Corporation, Queensland Treasury and Queensland Rail.

Helen is currently an Adjunct Professor at Queensland University of Technology.
