Tolga Tavlas

Tolga Tavlas is currently the Head of Identity and Access Management at UniCredit Bank Austria AG, leading the IAM team and aligning strategies with cybersecurity and business goals. With a background in overseeing cybersecurity measures within the operational risk framework at UniCredit, Tolga has also held roles in platform development, open banking, and digital channels management at YAPI KREDI. Tolga's extensive experience includes project management, business analysis, and leadership roles in various companies such as Anadolubank, British Council, and Ottoman Bank. Tolga holds a BA in Sociology, an MA in Criminology/Cybersecurity, and has completed an Executive Education Programme at INSEAD.
