Małgorzata Romaniuk started her banking career at Bank PKO BP, and then in 1999 she joined the GE group, where she performed many managerial functions in the areas of operations, risk and strategic project management of the bank. He has experience in the area of retail and corporate banking, including factoring.
In 2014-2016, she led the bank's strategic projects, i.e. transformation of the bank's business model and division of the bank in order to sell its part. From 2016, she was the vice president of BPH bank, she was responsible for the Operations and Technology Division. In December 2017, she was appointed vice president of BPH, responsible for the Risk Management Division. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and is also a graduate of the management program run by Harvard Business School.
