Janusz Ostaszewski holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Methods in Electrical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, obtained between 1987 and 1993, and a postgraduate degree in Banking from Wyższa Szkoła Ubezpieczeń i Bankowości in 1997. Janusz has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as an Expert and Project Manager at Bank BPS SA since March 2007, focusing on both front and back office IT projects. Prior to this role, Janusz held various leadership positions within Bank BPS SA, including Head of the Systems and Networks Department from March 2004 to January 2007 and Head of the IT Department in the Warsaw Regional Branch from March 2002 to January 2004. Additionally, Janusz worked at Bank Unii Gospodarczej SA as Team Leader for Development and Telecommunications from July 1995 to March 2002.
