Rizaldi Hartawan

Rizaldi Hartawan has extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly in digital and merchant acquiring businesses. Currently, Rizaldi serves as the Digital Banking - Alternate Channel Business Head and previously held the position of Agent Banking Group Head at CIMB Niaga since November 2014. Prior to this, Rizaldi worked at PT Bank Mega Tbk. as the Acquiring Business Head and held various roles at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. and PermataBank, focusing on sales, relationship management, and support in the merchant acquiring domain. Rizaldi's career began at Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional (BPPN) as a bank supervisor. Rizaldi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, earned between 1992 and 1996.
