Achmad Muchdofir

Achmad Muchdofir has extensive experience in the human resources field, currently serving as the HC (MIS) Management Information System Lead at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. since January 2009. In this role, Achmad is responsible for HR MIS data management and the consolidation of HC-related data for both internal and external reporting. Previous positions at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia include Organization Development Officer, where Achmad ensured alignment of business processes with supporting systems and databases, HR Project Staff, which involved participation in various projects to enhance HR performance, and Recruitment Monitoring Staff, responsible for overseeing manpower planning. Prior to this, Achmad worked as Purchasing Staff at PT Yamaha Indonesia from March 2002 to January 2009. Achmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STMIK Jayakarta, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
