John Spiteri

John Spiteri is an experienced financial professional with extensive expertise in credit and lending operations. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Officer at Bank First since April 2016, Spiteri is transitioning toward retirement. Previously, Spiteri held leadership roles at Macquarie Group, including Head of Lending Operations and State Credit Manager for Victoria, overseeing significant teams in consumer and commercial lending. Spiteri has also worked as a Relationship Manager specializing in mortgage finance at Professional Mortgage Managers and held various senior roles at ANZ, where responsibilities included leading large teams and exercising credit approval discretion. Spiteri holds an MBA from Charles Sturt University and has a foundational education from Benedict College in Auburn, NSW.
