Emre Tokel

Emre Tokel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emre started their career as a System Administrator at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University in 2000. In 2001, they worked as a Developer at PCK Medical. Emre then joined the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in 2002 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including IT Specialist and Senior IT Specialist. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Big Data Engineer and Team Leader at the Central Bank. Emre's most recent role was at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), where they served as a Senior Business Analyst and later as a Principal Software Engineer specializing in data and analytics work.

From 1998 to 2002, Emre Tokel attended Middle East Technical University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Emre then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Ankara University from 2002 to 2004. Lastly, from 2004 to 2022, Emre Tokel pursued a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Ankara University.
