Karina Paradis

Karina Paradis is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in central bank sales and fixed income markets. Currently serving as a Principal Dealer at the Bank for International Settlements since August 2021, Karina previously held the position of Executive Director for Central Bank Sales at Crédit Agricole CIB from September 2016 to July 2021. Prior to that, Karina worked as a Vice-President focusing on Central Banks and Sovereign Wealth Funds at Nomura. Relevant early career positions include Director at Legacy Asset Management Co, Associate at Lehman Brothers, and Commercial Asset Manager at Intrawest Corporation. Karina holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from SDA Bocconi, completed between 2005 and 2006.
