Melva Yonif Tambunan

Melva Yonif Tambunan possesses extensive experience in customer service and hospitality roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Officer at PT BANK GANESHA Tbk since December 2018, Melva also holds the position of Reservation Agent at Swiss-belresidences Kalibata, a role maintained since February 2018. Additionally, Melva has been involved in operational support (OT) at Swiss-belresidences Kalibata, Jakarta, since February 2015. Melva holds an Associate Degree in Tourism from Universitas Negeri Jakarta, completed in 2014.
