Sebastian Jaworski

Sebastian Jaworski serves as the Director of IT Systems Development at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the modernization of strategic IT systems, developing cloud computing areas, and managing IT development teams. Previously, Sebastian held various leadership roles at ARiMR from 2008 to 2019, including CIO and Director of the IT Department, where significant achievements included the management of extensive IT services for over 1.2 million external clients and the organizational transformation towards agile methodologies. Sebastian Jaworski graduated with a Master’s degree in Banking and Corporate Law from Uczelnia Łazarskiego in Warsaw.
