Łukasz Buczek

Łukasz Buczek is a legal advisor with extensive experience in judicial proceedings and legislative work. Since April 2016, Łukasz has been employed at Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny, where responsibilities include conducting court proceedings, participating in legislative efforts, reviewing contracts, and preparing documentation for the establishment of the First BFG Bank. Prior to this role, from 2009 to March 2016, Łukasz served as a specialist at the Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego, focusing on administrative proceedings related to bank statutes and legal opinions. Additional experience includes a traineeship at Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Wojciech Królak and positions at Urząd Komunikacji Elektronicznej and Deloitte Poland. Łukasz holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and is registered with the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych in Warsaw.
