Ida Matnoor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and alternative investments. Currently serving as the Head of Alternative Investment at BIBD Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam since October 2016, Ida oversees the management and development of a Shariah-compliant alternative investments portfolio. Additionally, as the Founder and Managing Director of Eat's Hot Restaurant since December 2017, Ida is responsible for delivering unique culinary experiences in Serusop, Brunei. Previously, Ida held the position of Investment Officer within the Investment Division at the Ministry of Finance Brunei from December 2008 to October 2016, where significant contributions included building a private equity portfolio and achieving high approval rates for proposed investments. Ida holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
