Nurtanto is an experienced professional currently serving as a CDD Analyst at PT Bank Jago Tbk since June 2021, with a background in Call Center Agent (V-KYC) and Video Know Your Customer (VKYC) roles. Prior to this, Nurtanto worked in an administrative capacity at UPTD Balai Pengujian Dan Sertfikasi Mutu Barang Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Cirebon for a brief period in August to September 2020. Nurtanto holds a Gelar Sarjana degree in Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia from Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta.
