Julie Riley Carpenter

Julie Riley Carpenter has worked in various roles in the finance and accounting field since 1996. Julie began their career at TCBY Enterprises, Inc. as a Senior Accountant in 1996. Julie then moved to Hickingbotham Investments as an Assistant Controller in 2000. In 2004, they joined FIS as a Senior Manager Telecom Expense Management, Manager SSG Support Services, and Senior Financial Analyst/Cost Accounting. In 2012, they became the Assistant Director for Finance at the DHS Division of Behavioral Health Services. In 2014, they joined Celerit as Senior Vice President Corporate Services and Controller. Most recently, they have been the Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer at BankLabs since 2016.

Julie Riley Carpenter graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
