Ritesh Arora

Ritesh Arora, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Head of HR Development and Talent Management at Bank Muscat, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Ritesh held the role of Assistant Vice President in Learning and Development at Mashreq Bank from March 2012 to April 2024, where responsibilities included aligning learning strategies with business plans and leading leadership development initiatives. Ritesh's earlier experience includes serving as a Learning & Development Specialist at Emirates Airline, Instructional Design Lead at Accenture Learning, and Instructional Design Analyst at NIIT. Ritesh holds a Level 5 Certificate in Learning and Development from CIPD, an Executive General Management Certificate from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Delhi University.
