Vishal Malpani

Vishal Malpani has extensive experience in investment banking and asset management, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Bank Muscat since July 2008, with roles including Head of Investment Banking and Head of Structuring & Execution. Responsibilities involve raising a variety of debt types and setting up wholesale debt funds, alongside overseeing debt and equity finance and advisory services. Prior experience includes a managerial position at PwC focused on financial due diligence for M&A deals, and an Assistant Manager role at Ernst & Young, where audit and financial due diligence in the financial sector were primary duties.
