Amsal Nikijuluw is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in performance testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Performance Test Lead at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., Amsal focuses on developing strategies to enhance application performance. Prior roles include IT QA Performance Specialist at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia, where Amsal standardized performance testing processes, and IT Performance Engineer Test Lead at QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd., providing consulting services to clients. With earlier positions at AXA, Commonwealth Bank Indonesia, PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, and various IT roles, Amsal has built a robust skill set in performance testing, monitoring, and automation since earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Systems from Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa.
