Carissa Aprilia Zahrah currently serves as Tester Manager of IT Testing & Quality Assurance Services at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., where responsibilities include reviewing software requirements, creating test plans, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. Previously, Carissa held the role of Assistant Manager of IT Strategic Resource Management, focusing on standardizing IT resource capabilities and managing human resource requirements. Experience at PT. OS SELNAJAYA INDONESIA involved IT talent strategy and collaboration across various departments, while an earlier position at PT. Kirana Megatara Tbk included internal auditing of financial and operational processes. Carissa also worked in IT Testing & Project Management at ASTEL GROUP, developing test plans and managing software quality. Carissa holds a Master's degree in Management from Universitas Trisakti and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University.
