Nila Nurnovia

Nila Nurnovia has been with PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. since January 1994, progressing through various roles including Vice President, AVP HC Business Partner, and Head of Business Support Group. Nila's diverse experience encompasses positions such as AVP Business Support, AVP of Supervision RO, Credit Policy Manager, and Supervisor of Consumer Sales Team, ultimately beginning career as a Credit Analyst. Prior to this extensive banking career, Nila worked part-time as a Broadcaster at Radio KISI from June 1989 to January 1991. Nila holds a degree from IPB University, completed in 1991.
