Nina Cometa

Nina Cometa has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Section Head of Digital Channel at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. since September 2004, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Digital Contact Center Supervisor, Customer Care Supervisor, and Recruitment, Training, & Development Analyst. Prior to this, Nina worked as a Production Secretary for Indonesian Idol season 1 at Fremantle and served as a Mystery Shopper for Kopposindo. Nina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Indonesia and a Diploma in Office Administration and Secretary from the same institution.
