Chen Jun

Chen Jun has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology and banking industry. Chen started their career in 2004 at HSBC, where they worked as a system analyst and later became an IT officer and team leader. From 2008 to 2011, they were a business analyst at UBS Wealth Management, where they were responsible for integrating systems and providing solutions to improve business processes. Chen then joined Kasikorn Bank as a Senior IT Manager, where they worked from 2012 to 2016 and was responsible for leading the IT department and architecting critical business systems. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the CTO of Jinhui Fortune Finance Service Ltd., where they led IT teams across multiple locations and implemented open-source technology and blockchain innovation. Chen then joined Chained Finance Ltd. in 2019 as the Director of Technology, where they were responsible for technology strategy, blockchain infrastructure development, and managing the IT team. Most recently, Chen Jun has been working as the Chief Technology Officer at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since 2020, where they have been building the entire bank from scratch and implementing digital business strategies to support rapid growth.

Chen Jun has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from South China University of Technology between 2000 and 2004. Chen also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from HKUST Business School, acquired from 2010 to 2012.
