Novelita Tamba

Novelita Tamba has a diverse professional background in financial services and education. Currently serving as Collection Administration & Support at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since March 2023, Novelita previously worked at FinAccel as a Data Fraud Verificator from November 2021 to February 2023, and at Home Credit Indonesia as a Collection Admin from April 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included processing customer data related to delinquent accounts. Prior to entering the financial sector, Novelita gained experience in education as a Chemistry teacher at SMA Swasta Medan from July 2016 to January 2017. Novelita holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Education from Universitas Negeri Medan, earned between 2012 and 2016.
