Tama Handika

Tama Handika has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tama began their career as a Chemistry and Physics teacher at Arolus in 2011. Tama then worked as a Blackberry and ASP programmer at Bina Nusantara University in 2012. After that, they worked as an Android Developer at Link Integrasi from 2013 to 2014. Tama then joined PT TOYOTA ASTRA FINANCIAL SERVICES as a Business Analyst, where they developed end-to-end BI processes from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they joined GO-JEK as a Business Intelligence Lead and later as Growth Analytics Lead in the Financial Services Product division from 2018 to 2020. At GoTo Financial, Tama served as Head of BI and Growth Analytics for Consumer Lending from 2020 to 2022 and Head of Business Intelligence for GoPay User Spend from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Head of Data Management & Analytics at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since 2023.

Tama Handika completed their S.Kom degree in Mobile Application & Technology - Computer Science from BINUS University, attending from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Data Strategy from LinkedIn in 2022, Mathematics for Machine Learning: Multivariate Calculus and Linear Algebra from Coursera in 2020, Inferential Statistics from Coursera in 2019, Designing, Running, and Analyzing Experiments by University of California San Diego on Coursera in 2019, Associate Android Developer from Google Developers in 2017, and IELTS from IELTS Official in 2017.
