Chang Yew Kwan

Chang Yew Kwan serves as the Managing Director & Head of Group Tax Advisory at OCBC since January 2024, overseeing all Group tax matters. Prior roles include Executive Director and Head of Tax at Bank of Singapore, where oversight extended to all legal entities' tax and customer tax reporting, and at DBS Bank, managing all tax affairs for the DBS Group. Previous experience includes a Director position at Royal Bank of Scotland, providing tax governance and product advisory across various banking sectors, and leading wholesale banking tax at Standard Chartered Bank. Chang started a career in tax services with KPMG and held positions at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, focusing on economic development, tax compliance, and audits. Educational qualifications include degrees in Applied Economics (Master's and Bachelor's) and ACCA certification.
