Charlie Xiang

Charlie Xiang is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Group Engineering - Assisted Channels at OCBC Bank since December 2022, Charlie previously held the position of Group Chief Technology Officer at SCI Group, the leading digital commerce solution provider in Southeast Asia. With a robust background at Standard Chartered Bank, including roles as Lead Solution Architect and Development Manager, Charlie has overseen significant projects such as the design of the Market Risk platform and the development of innovative systems. Early career experiences include key roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as Co-Founder and CTO of DSunSoft, where Charlie defined technology strategies and managed multiple software projects. Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Electronic Technology from Zhejiang University.
