Richmond Tan serves as the Head of People Analytics & Engagement and Executive Director in Group Human Resources at OCBC Bank since April 2023, focusing on delivering impactful people insights for decision-making. Previously, Richmond held the role of Head of People Analytics at ByteDance and TikTok from January 2021 to April 2023, collaborating with top executives to leverage people data for business-relevant analytics solutions. Prior experience includes leading Compensation Analytics at Meta, where Richmond scaled the Singapore team and developed data-driven compensation programs, and serving as a Senior Workforce Analytics Specialist at Micron Technology, transforming HRIS to HR Analytics. Richmond began a career in technology intelligence at Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd and holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Info-communications from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma (Merit) in Information Communication Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
