Leslie Thompson has a diverse work experience at Bank of Advance. They started in 2003 as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative and worked in that role until 2009. In 2009, Leslie became a Project Manager and held this position until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Marketing Coordinator/Electronic Banking Assistant. Finally, in 2014, Leslie was promoted to Vice President and continues to hold that position.

Leslie Thompson's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Missouri State University. Leslie focused on the field of study of Advertising/Promotion but did not complete a degree. In 2007, Leslie enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing Management. After graduating, Leslie pursued further education in the field of Banking and Financial Support Services, attending the MBA School of Bank Management from 2014 to 2015. In the same year, they also attended GSB HR Management School for a short period, studying Human Resources Management and Services.
