Caroline Nzioka, CHRM, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Bank of Africa since March 2015. In this role, Caroline develops and executes HR strategies that support the company's mission, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Previously, as a Senior Human Resources Officer, Caroline provided strategic HR support and oversaw HR matters across the organization. Earlier roles included Transaction Processing Officer and Teller at Bank of Africa, as well as internships at Telkom Kenya and the City Council of Nairobi. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Kenya Methodist University and has completed various HR certifications, including a Higher Diploma in Human Resources and a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Strathmore Business School, currently in progress.
