Caroline Nzioka, CHRM, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Bank of Africa since March 2015. In this role, Caroline develops and executes HR strategies that support the company's mission, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
