Amanda Sherwin

Amanda Sherwin has over two decades of experience in human resources and investment banking. At Bank of America, from June 2000 to May 2023, Amanda served as an HR Executive and SVP in various capacities, including leading HR for Global Capital Markets and managing the Leadership Development team for Global Compliance and Operational Risk. Responsibilities included partnering with senior executives, driving talent strategy, and executing key HR processes. Prior to these roles, Amanda specialized in investment grade corporate bonds and served premier institutional clients in the Director position. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
