Brian Pilgrim

Brian Pilgrim has extensive experience in technology and architecture, primarily within the human resources domain at Bank of America from January 2000 to June 2016. As a Senior Vice President and Employee Experience Technology Senior Architect, Brian directed a team responsible for the strategy and solution architecture for Global HR functions. Prior roles included Senior Technology Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager, where leadership of cross-functional teams focused on the architecture and delivery of HR products. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Systems Analyst at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. and as a Broadcast Engineer at Newfoundland Broadcasting. Brian holds a degree in Applied Information Technology from Memorial University, Newfoundland Labrador.
