Cesar DeLara currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Global Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America since July 2022, specializing in talent management and sourcing. Prior to this role, Cesar held the position of Senior Recruiter for Front Office at RBC Capital Markets from July 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Investment Banking/Private Equity Recruitment at Carrington Fox, managing a recruitment team focused on investment banking and related sectors. Cesar also worked at Selby Jennings, holding several titles including Vice President Market Specialist for the Investment Banking division on the West Coast, where leadership involved the recruitment of professionals across major cities. Initial professional experience began with a Sales and Marketing Internship at Etrilum Light Inc. in 2013.
