Frank Racaniello is an accomplished tax professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Tax at Bank of America since July 2022. In this role, Frank oversees the global tax affairs for Bank of America Corporation and its affiliates, focusing on tax financial reporting, compliance, planning, and controversies. Prior to this, Frank held multiple leadership positions at Deutsche Bank from September 1998 to July 2022, including Regional Head of Tax - Americas, where responsibilities encompassed tax reporting and advisory services across North and South America. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Trial Attorney at the Internal Revenue Service and as a Senior Tax Associate at McCarter & English, LLP. Frank has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor in the MS in Taxation Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Educational qualifications include an LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor with Tax Honors from Rutgers Law School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
