Freda Tuono has extensive experience in various roles within Bank of America, beginning as a Risk Management Analyst from 2005 to 2010, focusing on customer-level collection strategies and consumer lending loss forecasting. From 2010 to January 2013, Freda served as VP of Market Analytics at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where responsibility included developing analysis for financial advisory complexes across geographic areas. Since January 2013, Freda has held positions in Collection Channel Strategy and Product Management Strategy at Bank of America, collaborating across product, risk, legal, and operations, and evaluating new product adoption for card offerings. Freda obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
