Gabriela Cott has extensive experience in workforce analytics, reporting, and data governance, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bank of America since August 2009. Prior roles at Bank of America included Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Workforce Analytics & Reporting and HRIS Data Management. Gabriela previously worked at Merrill Lynch as Assistant Vice President of HRIS Data Management and held an HRIS Reporting Consultant position at Marsh & McLennan. Earlier career experiences include various human resources roles at CIBC World Markets, product management at Colgate-Palmolive Romania, and assisting the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Pepsi-Cola Romania. Gabriela began her career as an engineer at Automatica in Romania and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București.
