James Goldsbrough

James Goldsbrough is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity structured financing and solutions, currently serving as Managing Director at Bank of America since July 2014. In this role, James leads the EMEA Equity Structured Financing and Solutions team, specializing in margin lending, corporate equity derivatives, and fund financing for a diverse range of institutional clients. Prior roles include Director at Bank of America, where James focused on specialty lending and business development, as well as founding 3 Capital Limited, an equities firm based in Dubai. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Bank of America and Executive at Barclays Investment Bank, specializing in product development and structured transactions. James holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2006, and attended the Royal Grammar School in Guildford prior to that.
