Jay Arnette

Jay Arnette has over two decades of experience in technology and data management, primarily at Bank of America, where from April 2001 to August 2024, Jay served as a Senior Delivery Manager leading the execution and delivery of the Global Technology Data Strategy. In this role, Jay collaborated with various teams to enhance adherence to enterprise policies and expand data domains. Additionally, Jay held the position of Senior Vice President - Program Manager in Global Technology Data Management at the University of South Carolina from January 2017 to December 2021. Jay earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, completing the degree between January 2017 and January 2021, and also holds an MBA from East Carolina University, completed between January 1987 and January 1992.
