Kristin Schwarzbach

Kristin Strohm Schwarzbach is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Global Equities & Global Research Human Resources at Bank of America since August 2022, Kristin has previously held significant roles at UBS from 2005 to 2022, including Chief of Staff for Global Markets Americas and HR Business Partner for Fixed Income and Global Research. Kristin's career began at UBS as a Human Resources Associate, advancing to roles such as HR Manager for Equities and Director of Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas region. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Psychology from Lehigh University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
