Linda (Cheng) Tao is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital risk, controls, and product management within the financial services and media sectors. Currently serving as Executive Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Linda has held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Digital Risk & Controls Management and Digital Banking Product Management. Previously, Linda served as Director of Product Management at CNN Digital and held multiple product management positions at E*TRADE Financial, demonstrating a strong capability in product strategy and execution.
