Nehal Tanna

Nehal Tanna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent & Executive Development for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Bank of America since September 2019, Tanna previously held roles at the same institution as Associate Vice President in Business Risk & Change Management and in Technology Risk within the Project Management Office. Prior to Bank of America, Tanna gained experience as a Management Intern at Electrolux and in investigative roles at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, focusing on financial and cyber crimes as well as auto theft. Tanna holds a degree in Business Intelligence and Analytic Information Systems, Computer Science, and Business Management from UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business.
